Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For large industrial printers, we offer white glove delivery service, which includes delivery to your specified location, unpacking, basic setup, and removal of packaging materials.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions may affect actual delivery times.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the delivery carrier.
