Standard Warranty Coverage

All TrioJet printers and equipment come with a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What's Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects and malfunctions
  • Electronic components and circuit boards
  • Print heads and mechanical parts
  • Motors and drive systems
  • Software issues related to manufacturer defects
  • Labor costs for repairs covered under warranty

What's Not Covered:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts
  • Damage from improper installation or maintenance
  • Damage from power surges or environmental conditions
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality

Important Note:

Warranty coverage is void if the product's serial number has been removed or defaced, or if the product has been modified without written authorization from TrioJet.
