Standard Warranty Coverage
All TrioJet printers and equipment come with a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What's Covered:
- Manufacturing defects and malfunctions
- Electronic components and circuit boards
- Print heads and mechanical parts
- Motors and drive systems
- Software issues related to manufacturer defects
- Labor costs for repairs covered under warranty
What's Not Covered:
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear of consumable parts
- Damage from improper installation or maintenance
- Damage from power surges or environmental conditions
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
Important Note:
Warranty coverage is void if the product's serial number has been removed or defaced, or if the product has been modified without written authorization from TrioJet.
